Car Crashes into a Tree in Groton, 4 People Injured: Report
Police say one person had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Fire Department.

GROTON, CT —Four people were injured when a car struck a tree in Groton early Saturday, NBC Connecticut reports.
The accident occurred around 1 a.m. when a vehicle traveling on Pleasant Valley Road North crossed over Ohio Avenue and hit a tree, NBC Connecticut reports.
The Fire Department had to free one of the occupants, while three others were ejected from the car.
