Groton City Police Find Body of Missing Woman
She had been missing since Monday, and police had issued a silver alert Tuesday.
GROTON, CT – The body of a Groton woman missing since Monday was found Wednesday by police, as reported by The Day.
A silver alert had been issued Tuesday night for Jacqueline Isaacs, 51, according to The Day. State police using search-and -rescue canines assisted police in the investigation.
Isaacs was found in the woods on the Old Spicer Tree Farm close to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to The Day. A spokeswoman from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said the cause of death was pending further study.
