Groton Man Charged in Domestic Dispute, Threatening with Bat: Police
A man is suspected of climbing in a woman's house through the window and making threats with a bat.

GROTON, CT – A man was arrested Monday for allegedly breaking into his girlfriend’s house and threatening her children after she posed a breakup, The Day reported.
Police said Elvis Hernandez, 30, showed up at the woman’s house on Aug. 14 around 2 a.m. and was refused entrance, according to The Day. The couple had previously broken up.
Hernandez then allegedly climbed in through a window, then threatened the woman and her children with a bat he had taken from the victim, according to The Day. The woman’s friend heard the incident and called the police, who arrested Hernandez on Monday.
