Groton Parks And Recreation Offering More Than 60 Summer Camps
Groton Parks and Recreation will be offering more than 60 summer day, sports and specialty camps this year.

GROTON, CT – School’s out for summer and Groton Parks and Recreation has plenty to keep kids busy this year. With seven weeks of day camp, over 60 sections of sports and specialty camps, and special trips for teens, there is something for kids ages 3 and up with any interest.
Camps include Sew Fun, LEGOs, Volleyball, Sailing, Box Lacrosse, Soccer, Golf and more. Camps are open to non-residents. (To sign up for Groton breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
“We aim to offer a wide selection of camps so that every child will find something that interests them,” Groton Parks and Recreation Program Supervisor Eileen Cicchese said in a release. “This year we have exciting new camps including Advanced Soccer for Competitive and Travel Players, PGA Advanced Golf Camp, and Young Hacks Academy, which is a popular national program. We have also made some key changes to our day camps in response to feedback from families.”

Parents can register their children online at GrotonRec.com or in person at the Groton Parks and Recreation office at 29 Spicer Avenue in Noank. THe office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
