Groton Police Arrest Man, Seize Crack Cocaine: Report

GROTON, CT - Police arrested a man on drug-related charges after a brief struggle Thursday night, The Day reported.

Officers arrested Jahking Allah, 37, of Mather Avenue after obtaining a warrant, according to The Day. The arrest came after a month-long investigation into the sale of narcotics in the region.

Police seized eight small bags of crack cocaine packaged for sale, a digital scale, $700 cash and a cellphone, The Day reported. The Regional Community Enhancement Task Force worked with police during the investigation.
