Groton Resident Named One of CT Veterans Parade Marshals
The parade is New England's largest veteran's parade and will be held in November.

GROTON, CT – Local resident Jack Casey Jr. was recently announced as one of the marshalls for the upcoming Connecticut Veterans Parade, according to The Day.
Casey is a board member of the Connecticut Patriot Guard Riders and an assistant state captain, The Day reported. He is currently collecting photos of every Connecticut resident who died in the Vietnam War.
The parade is New England’s largest veteran’s parade and will be held on Sunday, Nov. 6, according to The Day. The parade starts near the State Capitol Building through downtown Hartford at 12:30 p.m.
