Groton Streets Closed Due to Storm Damage
Some major streets are closed due to fallen trees and storm damage.
GROTON, CT — Kings Highway is shut down and other streets are experiencing issues due to downed trees Wednesday morning.
Ohio Avenue south of Florida is also closed. So far there are no reported injuries due to the intense storm.
Towns across New London County are dealing with power outages. Here are the outage numbers as of 11:45 p.m., according to Eversource.

Waterford: 750 outages, eight percent of customers served
