PORTION CONTROL
If you want to enjoy the meals with your family and friends, be cautious about what you are having and the quantities of your choices. Remember, just because it’s healthy doesn’t mean it’s unlimited.
DRINK YOUR WATER, gurl
Doing so will help you stay full and will prevent snacking.
EAT SLOWLY & BE ACTIVE
Eating slowly helps your stomach digest the food better, prevents you from eating more than you should and it will allow you to savor your food. After your meal, take a walk, play a game, or do as much as you can to stay active and burn those calories.
AVOID ALCOHOL
