Stanislav had made threats toward law enforcement and students but "did not name any specific schools, and the threats were non-specific."

Police arrived at the Mystic Education Center, which police said Stanislav often uses as shelter. Police used drones to determine if he was actually inside the building but could not confirm if he was.

He was held on a court-set bond of $1 million and an additional $100,000 bond set by Groton police for attempting to flee.

He was scheduled to be arraigned in New London Superior Court on Tuesday.
