Man Wanted in Virginia Arrested: Groton Police

Police said a man wanted in Virginia was recently located and arrested by Groton City officers.

GROTON, CT - Police said a man wanted in Virginia was located and arrested Friday, the New London Day reported. The suspect's arrest came after Virginia police reported there was an active warrant out for him.

Officers from the Christiansburg Police Department in Christianburg, Virginia, contacted Groton City officers Friday morning, according to the New London Day. Officers were told Eric Blythe, 43, of Groton had been charged with soliciting a minor via the computer, and the department had obtained a warrant for him.
