Need Plans This Fall? The COMO Has You Covered!

As summer days come to a close, check out the COMO’s offerings for Fall 2016. We have a great line up of new and beloved annual programming, from athletics to art classes, childcare to adult programming, and everything in between. Spaces are filling up quickly in all our programs, so register today to avoid disappointment!

The approaching school year can leave many families scrambling to figure out schedules and childcare. Ensure smooth sailing by signing up for COMO Kids or IMPACT programming. COMO Kids is offered for elementary students at our two satellite sites located at Deans Mill and West Vine Street School. Before care runs from 7am until the start of the school day, and aftercare starts at dismissal and runs until 6pm. IMPACT afterschool care busses our middle school youth from Pawcatuck and Mystic Middle to the COMO, for an afternoon that features homework help, social time, and fun group projects until 6pm.

Have a little one who is ready to start preschool? Our Doris Muller Preschool is a curriculum-based program, taught by qualified staff members who believe that learning is fun, and that children learn best in a safe and loving environment. For all youth and adults who are excited to get active in the cooler weather, the COMO offers a multitude of athletic opportunities. Choose from paddle tennis, fencing, instructional soccer, tennis, karate, field hockey, basketball, and so much more!

If you are looking to get in touch with your inner artist, give one of our art and technology classes a try. We offer pottery for youth and adults, and an array of fun youth classes including Minecraft, Video Production, Cartooning, Intro to 3D Printing, Intro to Digital Photography and Photoshop!
