On April 18, a new water service line will be installed at the Noank Shipyard.
This will require excavation across Pearl Street, near the entrance to Noank
Shipyard.
It is not anticipated that water service will need to be shut off at Morgan
Point.
There will be temporary traffic flow restrictions in order to accomplish
this work.
