Police Arrest Groton Teen After Keene Pumpkin Festival Riot

On Oct. 18, rioting crowds in Keene, N.H. resulted in police responding with riot gear, gas tanks and pepper spray.

An overturned car, beer bottles thrown into crowds and a fire started in the middle of a road were just some of the occurrences at the Keene, N.H. Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, Oct. 18.

Eighty-four people were arrested after riots broke out and a Groton, Conn. teenager was included in that group, NBC Connecticut reports.

Tory Knaff, 18, of Groton, was arrested on reckless conduct charges after allegedly throwing a beer bottle into a crowd. WFSB reports that Knaff, a college student, now has a curfew.
