Police Seeking Identity Of Suspected Convenience Store Burglar In Groton

Groton police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man suspected of stealing from a local convenience store.

GROTON, CT - Police said the Veteran’s Convenience Store located on Route 184 was burglarized Monday at approximately 2 a.m. The department is now seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect.

Police said the male suspect left on foot in the direction of Toll Gate Road, according to a release. (To sign up for Groton breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

The suspect is described by police as a white male in his mid-20's. He measures approximately 5 feet and 7 inches tall to 5 feet and 10 inches tall, and weighs approximately 155 to 165 pounds.
