Representatives Scott and Bumgardner, Sen. Formica to Host Shellfish Forum in Groton
Discuss the importance of shellfishing to Southeastern Connecticut

HARTFORD, CT – State Representatives John Scott and Aundré Bumgardner, along with State Senator Paul Formica will host a Shellfish Forum in Groton.
The forum will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 24 to discuss the importance of shellfishing to Southeastern Connecticut, according to a release. Current and potential future state laws and regulations, along with other issues affecting the region and industry will be discussed.
This event is free of charge and open to the public. It will be held at the Groton Elks Club at 700 Shennecossett Road.
