Town Seeking Zoning Change at Site of Former Groton Heights School
A developer has expressed interest in the site for a multi-family housing development.

GROTON, CT - The town is planning to ask for a zoning change at the site of the former Groton Heights School, according to The Day.
A developer has expressed interest in the site for a multi-family housing development, The Day reported. A director of planning recently told town council he has been working with city officials to look at zoning at the site.
Various representatives from the town planning department have also met with the city planner to talk about possible zoning changes, according to The Day. The area is currently only zoned for single-family housing.
