Victim Dies in Groton Rollover Crash: Police

GROTON, CT - Police reported one person dead in a rollover crash that occurred in Groton on Monday, according to NBC Connecticut.

The crash occurred Monday morning just after midnight on Military Highway, according to NBC Connecticut. Passing drivers initially located the victim outside the car between Lestertown Road and Fulton Drive.

Police have not released the name of the victim yet, however they said he was the lone occupant of the car, NBC Connecticut reported. First responders attempted to treat the man at the scene before he was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
