Woman Pleads Guilty To Sex With 14-Year-Old Boy In Groton
The woman had sexual encounters with one of her son's friends.
GROTON, CT — A woman pleaded guilty to risk of injury to a minor after she had sex with a 14-year-old friend of her son.
Dawn Kerr, 35, is due to be sentenced Aug. 23, according to the New London Day. A plea deal calls for her serving one year in prison, but the final sentence will be the judge's decision.
The mother of the victim is expected to address the court at sentencing and said she is unhappy with the plea deal.
