98th House District Candidates' Debate
The candidates vying to replace retiring State Rep. Patricia Widlitz will appear together on Oct. 22.

The two candidates for the Ct. General Assembly’s 98th District on the Nov. 4 ballot are Cindy Cartier (R) and Sean Scanlon (D), both of Guilford. They will debate topics of general interest in a nonpartisan debate sponsored by the League of Women Voters–East Shore.
This public event will take place in the Menunkatuck Room of Guilford’s Community Center, 32 Church St., on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m. and will be recorded by BCTV for delayed public access TV broadcast.
