Congrats! Guilford Police Officer Retires

The following is a Facebook post via the Guilford Police Department:

Today marks the last day of work for Ofc. Scott Gardner who has been a dedicated officer for over 20 years here in Guilford. Throughout his 20 years, Ofc. Gardner has served on the SWAT Team, served as a department armorer, served as the School Resource Officer and DARE Officer, served as the Medical Officer and was also certified as an EMT.

Ofc. Gardner was the liaison for the department for the 1033 program enabling the department to receive much need equipment. Throughout his 20 year career, Ofc. Gardner has served this town with integrity and honor. We at the Guilford Police Department wish him well in his future career as a University of New Haven Police Officer. Good Luck!
