Developer Pitches 50-Unit Condo Complex in Guilford
Town officials appear to support the project.
By Guilford’s standards a 50-unit condominium complex is a big deal from a development standpoint and that is exactly what a developer is proposing for the former Clinipad Corporation site at 66 High Street, the New Haven Register reports.
The proposal includes renovating an existing building on site and constructing three more buildings, the Register’s Sean Carlin reports.
A bulk of the existing structures would be demolished to make way for 1,800 to 2,800 square-feet units. The developer purchased the land in November for $1.65 million, and the proximity is close to the town Green.
