Future of Stone House Restaurant Decided in Guilford
The planning and zoning commission vote was not unanimous.

Marine research will be the new use of Guilford’s Stone House Restaurant.
On Wednesday, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to allow Oceanco LLC to take over the old restaurant and convert it to office space, the New Haven Register said.
Oceanco, which does marine research, will also be allowed to use a detached garage as a model shop/office.

The company purchased the Stone House Restaurant property Aug. 4 for $2.75 million.
