Empowering the next generation of female leaders! GCGR is an innovative leadership program for girls using a three-tiered peer mentoring model. This program promotes self-esteem, self-care, healthy relationships and community while teaching leadership skills that will last a lifetime. It is open to 4th grade, 8th grade and high school girls. Training for the high school coaches begins in January of each year, the 8th and 4th grade groups begin in the Spring.
