Guilford Adds Nine Affordable Senior Housing Units

The units are handicap accessible

Guilford officials recently celebrated the completion of nine handicap accessible units, which is part of the Housing Authority’s Boston Terrace complex, the New Haven Register.

Officials said there is a huge need for affordable senior housing in town, especially handicap accessible facilities.

Nine, 1-bedroom units totaling 560-square-feet have been added to the 50-unit complex, the Register reports. The new units filled up quickly because the demand was so strong, the Register reports.
