Guilford Announces Which Roads To Get Chip Sealed

GUILFORD, CT – The Town of Guilford will begin chip sealing the following roads, or portions of roads, beginning August 17th. The project will last approximately 7 to 10 days, weather dependent. The roads are: Alden Drive, Autumn Ridge Drive, Cheryl Road, Hart Road, Hoop Pole Road, Inlet Drive, Joseph Drive and Joseph Drive South, Lake Drive, Little Meadow Road, Lois Lane, Northwood Drive, Quonnipaug Lane, Race Hill Road, Rockland Road, Scenic View Drive, Spindrift Lane, Stone Boat Road, and Weatherly Trail.

"Thank you for your patience. Residents are asked to please refrain from parking on or near the following roads during the chip sealing process and drive slowly through areas where you see loose stone. Thank you for your cooperation," Guilford town officials said.
