Guilford Forming New Committee to Address Development and Possible Sale of Town Owned Parcels

The area the committee will focus on is Whitfield Street and the First Selectman is looking for residents to serve on the committee.

GUILFORD, CT - The Town is looking for residents interested in serving on the Page's Lane Development Committee, according to a posting on the town's website.

Part of the responsibility of this committee will be to review proposal submissions for the development (and possible sale) of Town owned parcels on Whitfield Street, also known as Pages Lane.

Anyone interested in serving on this committee is welcome to submit a letter to the First Selectman's Office, 31 Park Street, or send an email to First Selectman Joseph Mazza at mazzaj@ci.guilford.ct.us. The committee will be appointed within the next several weeks.
