Guilford Hazard Mitigation Commission is Seeking Your Input

The commission has the responsibility to provide project information concerning all types of natural hazards for all areas of Guilford.

GUILFORD, CT — The Town of Guilford Hazard Mitigation Commission is seeking residents' input at their regular monthly meetings.

The commission applies for FEMA grants and decides on town wide projects. All monthly meetings include a public forum and take place on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm, at the Town Hall, second floor Selectmen's conference room, 31 Park Street, Guilford.

The commission has the responsibility to provide project information concerning all types of natural hazards for all areas of Guilford, including yet not exclusively, flooding in low lying areas, storms with high winds or snow, ice, and other hazards which may cause the need for emergency services.
