Guilford Man Charged In Serious Assault Case: Milford Police

The accused was released on a $20,000 bond.

MILFORD, CT — A 20-year-old Guilford man is accused of being involved in an assault at a Milford gas station that resulted in one man being "seriously injured," Milford Police say.

On May 3, police took custody of Miles Seaburg, 20, of Lake Drive in Guilford in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said.

Seaburg is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with numerous other males on November 30, 2018 at a New Haven Avenue gas station resulting in one man being seriously injured, police said.

He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault. He was released on a $20,000 bond.
