Guilford Police Announce Alcohol Compliance Inspection Results
Guilford police visited several local establishments.

GUILFORD, CT — The Guilford Police Department and the Connecticut State Department of Consumer Protection — Division of Liquor Control, in cooperation with Guilford D.A.Y. (Developmental Assets for Youth), conducted alcohol compliance checks within the Town of Guilford.
The purpose of this cooperative initiative is to ensure compliance with liquor control laws as well as preventing underage alcohol use by Guilford youth and over-serving of patrons, police said.
The following establishments were visited and all were in compliance with the liquor control laws:

"The Guilford Police Department and Guilford D.A.Y. are grateful to these establishments for their compliance and for their cooperation during these on-site inspections. The Guilford D.A.Y. also extends gratitude for these establishments valuing Guilford youth and protecting these youth's health and safety by not selling alcohol to minors," police said.
