Arrested were:

Anna Sue Kiffin, 29, of 210 Valley Street, New Haven, charged September 7th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward Jon Richkowski, 45, of 107 Hemingway Avenue, Apt. C, East Haven, charged September 13th with burglary in the 2nd degree.

Ja-Michael Deshawn Weems, 23, of 1344 Marshall Street, Gary, Indiana, charged September 13th with extradition arrest.

Darryl Alex Whitt, 32, of 1421 Webb Street, Detroit Michigan, charged September 13th with failure to respond.
