Arrested were:

Gregory Dimitri McHugh, 33, of 82 Driftwood Lane, Guilford, charged August 3rd with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree.

Jonathan Francis Graham, 34, of 133 Leete Street, West Haven, charged August 4th illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane.

Suzanne L. Russell, 60, of 1040 Durham Road, Guilford, charged August 9th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of pos/con substance or ½ oz. cannabis.
