Guilford police log for February 25th – March 2nd

Guilford police handled a total of 729 incidents during this time period. There were 160 calls for police service from the public, and 556 officer initiated responses. There were also 13 cancelled calls for service.

Police handed out a total of 453 motor vehicle warning citations, responded to 18 different accidents, 14 different false or burglar alarms.

Arrested were:

Hannah E. Finkle, 23, of 2514 Boston Post Road, Guilford, charged with disorderly conduct.

Michael A. Cipollini, 35, of 33 David Drive, East Haven, charged with 3 counts of violation of protective order.

Jessica L. Dionne, 29, of 588 North Madison Road, Guilford, and 169 South End Road, New Haven was charged with multiple charges, including operating motor vehicle with license under suspension, larceny in the 6th degree, forgery in the 3rd degree.

Additionally, Dionne was charged with 2 counts of identity theft in the 3rd degree, 6 more counts of larceny in the 6th degree, risk of injury to a child, and an additional two forgery in the 3rd degree charge, and two charges of issuing bad checks, and credit chard theft.

Dionne was also charged with two charges of failure to appear in the 1st degree and one charge of failure to appear in the 2nd degree
