Yon Leivy Rojas-Mazon, 34, of Miami, Florida, was charged May 19th with illegal use of a scanning device, larceny in the 6th degree (2 counts), charging $500 on revoked credit card, receipt from illegal use of credit card, conspiracy to commit identity theft in the 3rd degree, criminal impersonation.
Patrick Joseph Augur, 18, of 418 Whitfield Street, Guilford, charged May 21st with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under influence alcohol/drugs.

Lester Luis Java-Rodriquez, 28, of Palm Springs, Florida, charged May 19th with illegal use of a scanning device, conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree, using revoked credit card for purchase of more than $500, conspiracy to commit identify theft, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation.
Yunior Machado-Ramirez, 34, of Hialeah, Florida, charged May 19th with illegal use of a scanning device, conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree, using revoked credit card to purchase more than $500, conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation.
Anne Baldwin, 52, of 2413 Boston Post Road, charged May 20th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence (3rd/substance), failure to drive in proper lane.
Jonathan David Dew, 60, of 188 Mulberry Farms, Road, Guilford, charged May 21st with risk of injury to child, breach of peace in the 2nd degree.
Boris Paul Macola-Guerra, 33, of Miami, Florida, was charged May 21st with conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree; conspiracy to commit ($500 on revoked credit card), illegal use of credit card, conspiracy to commit identify theft, identity theft 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, tampering-physical evidence.
