Marcus J. Bloom, 40, of 62 Stoney Crest Drive, Middletown, charged April 1st with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in proper lane.

Michael C. Schulz, 22, of 21 Old Farms Road, Madison, charged April 2nd with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane.
