Joseph Scott Fogel, 25, of 770 Boston Post Road, Guilford, charged April 6th with breach of peace in the 2nd degree, assault 3 – elderly victim.

Samuel Carr Smits, 27, of 645 Grand Avenue, New Haven, charged April 7th with conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree, larceny in the 6th degree.
Christy Denise McNerney, 42, of 32 Old Foxon Road, Apt. 34 East Haven, charged April 7th with larceny in the 6th degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree.

Brian C. Deko, 27, of 37 Briarwood Lane, Branford, charged April 11th with operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle, illegally operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operating a motor vehicle with a handheld telephone/electronic device/texting.
