Guilford police log for December 15th – December 21st
Guilford police handled a total of 331 incidents during this time period. There were 178 calls for police service from the public, and 144 officer initiated responses. There were also 9 cancelled calls for service.
Police handed out a total of 59 written motor vehicle warnings, wrote 22 motor vehicle accident reports. There were 19 residents who walked into the department during the week requesting assistance and 154 calls into the department requesting police help.

Stacey A. Casner, 46, of 5 Manor Road, East Haven, charged December 18th with larceny in the 3rd degree.
Matthew H. Lussier, 18, of 131 Elm Street, Guilford, charged December 16th with driving under the influence – and under 21, failure to have headlamps, failure to obey stop sign, following too closely, possession of liquor by a minor, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia.
Harland H. Christofferson, 50, of 6 Chasse Drive, Guilford, charged December 18th with assault in the 2nd degree, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child.
Jami A. Freeman, 32, of 123 Hickory Lane, Madison, charged December 20th with evading responsibility/property damage/injury, failure to drive in proper lane.
Rosemarie L. Dailey, 31, of 500 Route 80, Guilford, charged December 21st with risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer/resisting.
Scott E. Vanwilgen, 50, of 500 Route 80, Guilford, charged December 21st risk of injury to a child, assault 2nd degree, assault 3rd degree, tampering with a witness, interfering with an officer/resisting, disorderly conduct.
