Guilford Police Arrests Include Criminal Impersonation and Threatening Charges

Guilford police log for November 17th – November 22nd

Guilford police handled a total of 286 incidents during this time period. There were 160 calls for police service from the public, and 118 officer initiated responses. There were also 8 cancelled calls for service.

Police handed out a total of 62 written motor vehicle warnings, wrote 28 motor vehicle accident reports. There were 24 residents who walked into the department during the week requesting assistance and 131 calls into the department requesting police help.

Additionally, there were 24 reports of false burglar alarms. There were 2 detective reports written.

Arrested were:

Luis J. Montalvo, 44, of 115 Flat Iron Road, Guilford, charged November 17th with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call.

Jillian N. Dippold, 33, of 560 Silver Sands Road, East Haven, charged November 18th with disorderly conduct.

John J. Prokop, 41, of 154 Soundview Road, Guilford, charged November 18th with disorderly conduct.

Carlton R. Buddoo, 26, of 784 Norman Street, Bridgeport, charged November 19th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under suspension, illegally operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, improper use of marker/license/registration, operating unregistered motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, resisting arrest, failure to respond to infraction.

Salvatore A. Cinque, 46, of 22 Hilton Avenue, East Haven, charged November 21st with failure to appear in the 1st degree.

Jason M. Falcone, 45, of 3198 Durham Road, Guilford, charged November 22nd with breach of peace in the 2nd degree, threatening in the 2nd degree.
