Guilford police log for June 2nd – June 8th
Guilford police handled a total of 413 incidents during this time period. There were 187 calls for police service from the public, and 218 officer initiated responses. There were also 8
cancelled calls for service.
Police handed out a total of 114 written motor vehicle warnings, wrote 34 motor vehicle accident reports, handed out 17 infraction tickets. There were 152 phone calls into the police department requesting service and 24 residents who walked into the department during the week requesting assistance.

Alec V. Burlakoff, 23, of 92 Buell Hill Road, Killingworth, charged June 4th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right.
Edward M. Gillis, 51, of 10 Grove Hill Road, Guilford, charged June 5th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Jennifer C. Martins, 32, of 1864 Hartford Turnpike, North Haven, charged June 7th with possession of 4 oz. of marijuana.
Colleen Miller, 58, of 8 Cornfield Lane, Guilford, charged June 7th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to obey traffic control signals.
Derek J. Goulet, 31, of 36 Lakeside Drive, Guilford, charged June 8th with interfering with an emergency vehicle, and disorderly conduct.
