Guilford Police Arrests Include Larceny and Harassment Charges

Guilford police log for April 20th – April 26th

During this time period Guilford cops were called on April 20th to a report of suspicious activity on West Street; again on April 20th to a report of harassment on Boston Post Road; again on April 20th to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Durham Road; again on April 20th to an animal complaint on State Street.

On April 21st to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Scenic View Drive; again on April 21st to a report of criminal mischief on Granite Road; again on April 21st to a report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Nut Plains Road; again on April 21st to a report of suspicious activity on Clapboard Hill Road; again on April 21st to a report of a suspicious person on Whitfield Street; and again on April 21st to a larceny on the Boston Post Road.

On April 22nd to a report of a dumping violation on Maupas/Watering Pond roads; again on April 22nd to a larceny on Route 80; again on April 22nd to a report of suspicious activity on Half Mile Road; and again on April 22nd to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Hart Road.

On April 23rd to report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Goose Lane; again on April 23rd to a report of suspicious activity on White Birch Road; again on April 23rd to a report of suspicious activity on Russo Drive; again on April 23rd to a report of harassment on Alden Drive; again on April 23rd to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Boston Post Road.

On April 24th to a report of a larceny on Church Street; again on April 24th to a report of suspicious activity on White Birch Drive; again on April 24th to an animal complaint on Woods End Road; again on April 24th to a family dispute on Alden Drive; and again on April 24th to a report of suspicious activity on Circle Beach.

On April 25th to a report of suspicious person on Bunker Hill Road; again on April 25th to a report of a suspicious activity on York Street.

On April 26th to a report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Boston Street/Soundview Road; again on April 26th to a report of motor vehicle accident with property damage on Laurie Lane; again on April 26th to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Church Street; again on April 26th to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Mulberry Point Road; and again on April 26th to an animal complaint on Long Hill Farms.

Arrested during this time period were:

Benjamin Hugh McLean, 32, of 634 Green Hill Road, Madison charged April 20th with larceny in the 6th degree.

Scott Vincent Modzelewski, 38, of 1162 Moose Hill Road, Guilford, charged April 21st with harassment in the 2nd degree.

Sharon June Ryan, 56, of 3c Cohasset Lane, Madison, charged April 26th with failure to appear in the 2nd degree.
