Guilford Police Arrests Include Strangulation and Assaults Charges

Guilford police log for February 16th – February 22nd

Arrested during this time period were:

Olga Sofia Rincon, 63, of 140 Lincoln Avenue, Bridgeport, charged February 16th with larceny in the 2nd degree, larceny in the 3rd degree.

Robert Michael Robinson, 28, of 1 Dziok Drive, East Hampton, charged February 17th with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of intent to sell/dispense, conspiracy (Felony-Class C).

Paige Koren Post, 38, of 1 Dziok Drive, East Hampton, charged February 17th with failure to keep narcotics in original container, use of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell, conspiracy (Felony-Class C).

Michael Dogolo, 51, of 1 Rabbit Rock Court, East Haven, charged February 20th with illegally operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, traffic control signals, drug paraphernalia with 1,500 feet of a school, drinking while driving.

James M. Gallagher, 59, of 51 Clapboard Hill Road, Guilford, charged February 21st with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

William Lucas Confrances, 54, of 165 Pole Hill Road, Bethany, charged February 21st with disorderly conduct, assault with firearm (victim elderly), assault 3rd degree, threatening 2nd degree, strangulation 3rd degree, unlawful restraint 2nd degree.
