Guilford police log for December 8th – December 16th
Guilford police handled a total of 357 incidents during this time period. There were 174 calls for police service from the public, and 179 officer initiated responses. There were also 4 cancelled calls for service.
Police handed out a total of 69 written motor vehicle warnings, wrote 23 motor vehicle accident reports. There were 26 residents who walked into the department during the week requesting assistance and 145 calls into the department requesting police help.

Craig, 28, of 439 North River Street, Guilford, charged December 10th with disorderly conduct, assault in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, interfering with an emergency call, cruelty to animals, threatening in the 2nd degree, strangulation in the 2nd degree, unlawful restraint in the 1st degree
Ralph J. Mas, Jr., 52, of 26 Providence Avenue, Shelton, charged December 10th with forgery in the 1st degree, larceny in the 3rd degree.
Jose G. Rivera, 45, of 537 Howard Avenue, New Haven, charged December 10th with conspiracy (misdemeanor), conspiracy (felony).
Joshua L. Rosa, 26, of 30 Andy Lane, Guilford, charged December 10th and December 11th with criminal attempt (felony), unlawful restraint in the 1st degree, threatening in the 2nd degree, disorderly conduct, and, failure to appear in the 2nd degree.
Jarrod Bruce, 38, of 205 Elm Street, West Haven, charged December 11th with conspiracy (misdemeanor), conspiracy (felony).
Beata H. Brouard, 25, of 74 Flat Meadow Road, Guilford, charged December 12th with larceny in the 6th degree, forgery in the 2nd degree.
Richard W. Harbour, 44, of 90 Bokum Road, Old Saybrook, charged December 14th with burglary in the 3rd degree, larceny in the 6th degree, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.
