Scott W. Cummings, 53, of Branford, was charged with criminal impersonation and disorderly conduct.

Mary Oliver Culver, 39, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 1

Philip S. Roklen, 71, of Phoenix, AZ, was charged with disorderly conduct.
