Shawnna Armstrong, 55, of Woodland Road, Guilford, was charged with misuse of 9-1-1/false alarm.

July 6

Shannon J. Caruso, 49, of Windmill Road, Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

July 8

Anna Keenan, 54, of Neck Road, Madison, was charged with second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation and violation of probation.

Kenneth Blaha, 26, of Neck Road, Madison, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
