GUILFORD, CT — The following people were arrested between Aug. 31 and Sept. 6 by Guilford Police.

Arrested were:

• Brendan Patrick Garvey, 54, of 2785 Boston Post Road, Guilford, charged August 31st with disorderly conduct, threatening in the 2nd degree.
• David James Macleod, 52, of 900 Hoop Pole Road, Guilford, charged August 31st with violating condition of release/2nd degree.
• Bryan D. Jones, 35, of 74 Three Mile Course, Guilford, charged August 31st with failure to appear (2nd degree).
• Maureen Carney, 68, of 19 Marbar Street, Branford, charged September 1st with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs.
• James Healey, 52, of 75 Ivy St., Floor 2, Branford, charged September 1st with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs.
• Ashley Paul Sexton, 38, of 30 Todd Road, Shelton, charged September 5th with burglary in the 3rd degree, larceny in the 5th degree.
• Christina Marie Sudac, 41, of 5025 Durham Road, Guilford, charged September 6th with evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane.
• Carole Asher, 49, of 90 William Street, Apt. 3B, New York, New York, charged September 6th with reckless driving, evading responsibility/property damage, and failure to drive in proper lane.
