Lucas P. Pender, 29, of 67 Golden Hill Drive, Guilford, charged February 2nd with conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree.

Brianna C. Pennell, 34, of 1 Ferry Lane, Westport, charged February 2nd with conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree.

Jewu Richardson, 466 Middletown Avenue, New Haven, charged February 2nd with transporting a child under 6 without restraint, operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegally operating without minimum insurance, illegally operating a motor vehicle without an ignition device, risk of injury to a child, not supervising a child under 12 in public.

Scott Robert Small, 41, of 71 Ledgewood Drive, North Branford, charged February 6th with criminal violation of a restraining order.
