Guilford Police Name New Deputy Chief

The Guilford Police Department is proud to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Dunn to Deputy Chief Dunn effective April 1, 2015, according to the department’s Facebook page.

Deputy Chief Dunn has been a member of the Guilford Police Force since July 26, 1990 and has served as a Patrol Officer, a Detective, a Sergeant, a Detective Sergeant and a Lieutenant. He also served in in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant prior to becoming a police officer. Congratulations Deputy Chief Dunn! Your promotion is well deserved!
