Guilford Real Estate Agent Appears On HGTV Show

GUILFORD, CT —Amanda Popplewell Sansone of Pearce Real Estate’s Guilford office, was the agent featured on HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home: Lucky Lakeside."
In the show, original HGTV Design Star winner David Bromstad takes recent lottery winners on over-the-top house hunts for their new dream homes.
The show’s season 8 episode featured a Connecticut couple who, "Won Powerball and were looking for a dream summer lake home where they make memories with their kids.”

In the episode, Bromstad “hunts for the perfect haven on the lakes of East Haddam and guides the couple through lake house ups and downs.”
It was Popplewell Sansone who researched and provided Bromstad with home listings for the lottery winners to choose from when the two met at Two Wrasslin’ Cats in East Haddam.

In a news release, Pearce Real Estate CEO Barbara L. Pearce said the “lottery-winning couple was very happy with all of their choices for a lakeside second home, and really loved their final selection.
“We are so proud and happy that ‘My Lottery Dream Home’ reached out to Amanda to be featured on their show, and to trust her and Pearce with providing them the right listings for their lottery winners,“ Pearce said.
The episode, which premiered in March, airs again July 3 on HGTV.
