• Large Industrial Facility Sold For Over $10 Million In Guilford (patch.com) — A 123,000-square-foot industrial facility at 385 Long Hill Road in Guilford has been sold to Goodwill Industries of Southern New England for about $10.8 million. The longtime home of safety-products supplier The Safety Zone will now support Goodwill's operations, signaling a continued nonprofit presence and potential employment and service opportunities for Guilford and surrounding communities.
