Here's Why Shore Line East Service Was Suspended Thursday Morning
This is the second day in a row service had been suspended indefinitely.

GUILFORD, CT — It's been a rough couple of days for Shore Line East train service. On Wednesday, service was suspended indefinitely after a tree fell and knocked down electrical wires. And on Thursday morning, service was once again suspended after a worker was injured near the tracks, the New Haven Register reports.
The worker ended up tangled up in electrical wires, the Register reports. Service did resume before 7:30 a.m. Thursday. Fox 61 says the worker was shocked, but it's unclear the extent of the injuries sustained by the worker.
As of 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Shoreline East said on social media, that rail raiders can expect delays up to 35 minutes.
