UPDATE: Guilford Police Identify Victim in Fatal Crash

Update, 9:45 a.m. In a press release, Guilford police have identified the victim in the single vehicle fatal crash as being Kyle Hartmann, 21, of Alden Drive in Guilford.

Police said the cause of the accident remains under investigation.

Original post: Guilford police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred just before 4 a.m. in the 600 block of Little Meadow Road, the New Haven Register reports.

The crash involved one vehicle and the car likely rolled over, authorities said.

The Fire Department was able to remove the man from the vehicle but he was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
